If you would like to request financial assistance with private lessons and are not already receiving financial tuition assistance for AYSP ensemble participation, be sure to complete a financial aid application and turn it in, along with submitting this form, to Dorothy Whisler either in person at the AYSP building or by email to dorothy@aysmusic.org.
