AYSP instruments may be rented or loaned out to students based on availability and eligibility. At the end of the season, a full check up/tune up receipt is required upon return of the instrument.
Please submit an Instrument Rental/Loan Application below if you are interested in using an AYSP instrument for the season. Accounts Coordinator Dorothy Whisler will review your application and be in touch regarding eligibility and next steps if approved.
If you have already applied for financial assistance for the season, your financial aid application will also be considered as part of your instrument application. If you have not applied for financial aid and wish to do so as part of your instrument application, please additionally send a filled-out Financial Aid Application Form and relevant tax information to Dorothy at dorothy@aysmusic.org.
